Lead Programs (Customer & Success Club)

When a Beachbody customer or a customer not associated with a Coach elects to join Team Beachbody, either as a paid or free member, they are assigned to a qualified Coach when the Team Beachbody account is created.

Qualifications for Receiving Customer Leads (all requirements below must be achieved in the</p>previous calendar month to receive leads the following month i.e. requirements achieved in July will qualify Coach for leads in August, etc.)

  • The Coach must be a paid rank of Emerald or above a minimum of one business week in

    that month

  • The Coach must be an active Team Beachbody Club Member
  • · The Coach must not be a distributor for another direct selling company
  • · The Coach must have completed the profile page of their Team Beachbody Web site,

    including a bio and a “before” photo (or in the case of a business

    account, a photo of the primary contact person for that Coach Business Center)

  • · The Coach must not be delinquent in paying any business service fees or have been

    found to be in material violation of any of the Company’s Policies and

    Procedures for six (6) months prior to the lead assignment

NOTE:There is no guarantee of any number of Customer Leads.

Associated Commissions and Volume

Currently, there are no commissions or volume points associated with the initial product offer or subsequent continuity orders for the initial product offer for Customer Program leads that make their originating purchase through Beachbody.com or through an Infomercial 1-800 number. However, the assigned Coach will receive the commissions and volume points on all other product purchases made by that customer lead. If the customer purchase on Teambeachbody.com and is assigned through the Customer Lead Program, then the assigned coach will receive commission & volume on the customer purchase.

NOTE:There are some historical orders that did carry commissions and volume points on continuity orders. The Coach must be in good standing and continue to meet the minimum Customer Lead Program qualifications to receive these commissions and volume points.

NOTE: Coaches reporting any inaccuracy about their eligibility to receive leads must do so no later than the fifth calendar day of the following month. A Coach’s official eligibility for leads for the new calendar month is locked in on the first of each month, as reported in the Coach Online Office. Coaches may report errors or inaccuracies by contacting Coach Relations at (800) 240-0913. Any issue reported by the fifth calendar day that is validated and

approved will result in the Coach being awarded any missed leads.

4.6.2 Success Club Lead Program

(previously Shakeology Lead Program)

When a Beachbody customer or a customer not associated with Coach Purchases any product under the Shakeology brand, the Ultimate Reset brand, any Beachbody Challenge Pack, they are provided a Team Beachbody account and they are assigned to a qualified Coach at the time that their Team Beachbody account is created.

Associated Commissions and Volume

Retail commissions will be paid on purchases of products under the Shakeology brand, the Ultimate Reset brand or any Beachbody Challenge Pack to the Coach who receives the customer lead. PV and TV will NOT be paid in month 1, but continuity orders (beginning with the second HD order) will carry 0 PV and standard TV

associated with that product. The Coach must be in good standing and continue to meet the minimum Success Club Lead Program qualifications to receive commissions on continuity orders.

Qualifications to Receive Success Club Lead

  • · Achieve Success Club 5 or 10 in the prior month
  • · The Coach must be a paid rank of Emerald or above for at least one business week of the prior month
  • · The Coach must be an active Team Beachbody Club Member
  • · The Coach must not be a distributor for another direct selling company
  • · The Coach must have completed the profile page of their Team Beachbody Web site, including a bio and a “before” photo (or in the case of a business account, a photo of the primary contact person for that Coach Business Center)
  • · The Coach must not be delinquent in paying any business service fees or been found to be in material violation of any of the Company’s Policies and Procedures for six (6)months prior to the lead assignment
